As well as the usual PA services, we also provide tech support for you, which you can use your hours for.
Tech support is provided by Joe Jenkins, who has 25 years experience online and 20 years experience creating websites. While he is a WordPress dev, he can provide you with information on a variety of website design information, as well as tech support on your computer, both Mac & PC.
Even if you only have a general query, you can contact us to get this information. Maybe you have a website and would like to know how you can perform a specific function in the cheapest way possible, often free.
All of this and more is the reason that we are now providing the tech support.
If you only use your hours for tech support, that isn’t a problem, it is a part of the overall service not just an add-on feature.
